With an impressive career in Michelin-starred establishments and exceptional gastronomic experiences, Frédéric Garnier brings his unique expertise to Robuchon Monaco. Trained in some of the most prestigious kitchens in France and internationally, Frédéric is renowned for his respect for seasonal ingredients, technical precision, and modern interpretation of classic French cuisine.
Joining the Robuchon Monaco group in the spring of 2021, he embarked on the ambitious mission of leading three iconic establishments: Le Deli, Le Petit Café, as well as the catering service, Le Catering, and Robuchon Monaco.
The latter, a true gastronomic gem, blends timeless elegance with a vibrant contemporary ambiance. Under Frédéric Garnier’s leadership, the group embodies the spirit of Joël Robuchon, where every culinary creation becomes a work of art.
