Robuchon au Dôme is one of the region’s top dining destinations, and has been awarded three Michelin stars for fifteen consecutive years by the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong and Macau in 2009 to 2023.

Julien Tongourian
Chef Julien Tongourian is at the helm of the kitchens at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Le Jardin de Joël Robuchon & Robuchon au Dôme in Hong Kong and Macau respectively.
He started his career at Robuchon more than two decades ago in 2002, when he was Demi-Chef de Partie during the opening of the first L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Paris.
