Julien Tongourian

Chef Julien Tongourian is at the helm of the kitchens at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Le Jardin de Joël Robuchon & Robuchon au Dôme in Hong Kong and Macau respectively.
He started his career at Robuchon more than two decades ago in 2002, when he was Demi-Chef de Partie during the opening of the first L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Paris.
