L’atelier de Joël Robuchon is now open at the casino de Montréal, the biggest casino in Canada. The kitchens operate under the direction of Stéphane Galibert, who is supported by a team that is as passionate and attentive to detail as he is. Similarly to several the other concept restaurants, the décor was designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon. The casino restaurant is in a very singular location on Île Notre-Dame, a natural oasis at the heart of an urban landscape. In summer, the restaurant terrace provides a breathtaking setting, while in winter, snowy landscapes deliver a completely different experience. Île Notre-Dame holds special meaning for Montrealers, as it was the home of the 1967 World’s Fair
