Qassim Bouhassoun

Chef Qassim started his career working under a ‘Meilleur Ouvrier de France’ in the South of France, where he was taught the ways in the culinary world. His next step was to join the Robuchon family at L’Atelier Dubai, he then moved to join Le Comptoir Robuchon in London as Sous-Chef. Now, Chef Qassim is at the helm of the kitchen at L’Atelier Robuchon London.
