Matthieu Desbat

Through his professional career, Mathieu has gained extensive knowledge and experience in gastronomy. He started his career in Lyon, France as a commis chef and worked in several cities and countries around the world, exploring the skills, gastronomy and culture of each one, either as a team member or as a private chef, including France, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Ireland.

He started his journey at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon and Le Comptoir Robuchon in London, before moving to L’Atelier Robuchon Cyprus as Executive Chef in 2022. In 2024, he made the move to L’Atelier Robuchon Madrid.
