Chef James Friedberg is at the helm of the kitchen in Miami, after having started his culinary journey with Robuchon at L’Atelier New York in 2018. He strives to apply his background of classic French Cuisine while maintaining a strong responsibility towards sourcing and experimenting with non-traditional favors.
