Chef Anthony Taormina has recently joined at the helm of the kitchen at The MGM Grand Las Vegas.

Chef Anthony’s culinary journey commenced in 2009 in Michigan, swiftly rising to Executive Chef roles across the US, fueled by his dedication and passion.

Transitioning to Las Vegas, he made significant contributions as Executive Chef at Aureole, crafting seasonal menus and orchestrating Michelin-starred dining experiences. At the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, he further solidified his reputation, overseeing all aspects of culinary operations with an unwavering commitment to ultra-luxury standards.

Since June 2023, Anthony has helmed the kitchen at L’ATELIER de Joel Robuchon, where he curates an exquisite 9-course tasting menu, offering a unique counter dining experience. His leadership ensures flawless execution and elevates the legacy of Robuchon’s culinary excellence.
