Fabio Fasano

Fabio Fasano, originally from South Italy, began his culinary journey at 16 in a 5-star hotel in central Italy. After training at Alma, the international school of Italian cuisine, he worked in prestigious establishments in Italy and abroad, including a 2-Michelin-starred restaurant in Piacenza and L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon in London.

Rising from sous chef to Head Chef at Le Comptoir Robuchon, he continued leading at L’Atelier Robuchon upon its return to London in 2023. Now, as of April 2024, he assumes the role of Executive Chef at L’Atelier Robuchon Ayia Napa, marking a new chapter in his journey within the Robuchon family.
